Streamlining content management for a complex portal

The problem

A multilingual content portal had to serve many audiences with localized campaigns, gated resources, and complex page layouts. Editors across regions needed to move quickly, but the legacy setup forced them to copy layouts, wait for deployments, and guess how a change would look once cached on the headless frontend.

Without structure, authors were duplicating components, translating in spreadsheets, and pinging developers for previews. The team was spending more time coordinating edits than publishing them.

The solution

We rebuilt the CMS layer on Statamic headless with straightforward blueprints for every content type. Localization used language toggles tied to shared structures, so updates stayed aligned without duplicating pages.

Concurrent editing, reviews and revisions lowered the barrier for new content creation, keeping legal, marketing, and regional teams from colliding.

The tech

Cleanly structured content blocks based on reusable field sets for a uniform editing experience. A tightly tailored backend to allow creating flexible pages with the highest standards in performance and quality control.

Coupled to a high-performing headless frontend that ties into existing business applications via custom integrations to Hubspot, Brevo and Analytics.

Streamlining content management

In Summary

A headless Statamic build can keep teams working on complex content structures fast and coordinated.
